We currently offer three alternative venues for your event.
Upper Dining Room . Private room adjoining the Club bistro with views across the golf course . Seating up to 60 guests . Available for seated meals, cocktail parties, receptions, conferences, meetings, presentations, morning and afternoon teas
The Vintage Room . Completely private boardroom-style room, tastefully decorated for a more formal meal or meeting . Seating up to 20 guests . Ideal for intimate dinner parties, seminars & presentations.
Balcony Open aired balcony with shade awnings located on the north side of the Clubhouse with views over the lawn and garden and the President's 1 st Fairway. . Seating up to 80 people . Available for breakfast, brunches, BBQ lunch or dinner, cocktail parties

Tocumwal Golf Club is perfectly situated for your next conference or seminar, located only 3 hours from Melbourne, or just over an hour from Albury. Ample accommodation is located within strolling distance from the Clubhouse. We can cater for groups ranging from small meetings of 8, to training seminars, product launches and conferences.
Our dedicated staff will ensure that your conference runs smoothly and to your exact requirements, so you and your guests can focus on achieving your goals
Our conference venues are comfortable and well appointed, with ample natural lighting. Your guests will be impressed with our first-rate in-house gourmet meals. We can offer a range of menus to suit your organisation, budget and taste.
If time permits a little pleasure as well as business we can incorporate a round or two of golf on our championship-quality 36-hole course, or even organise a tournament for your participants.
For something different, we can arrange visits to local wineries, tours on the Murray River by boat or amphibious vehicle, glider plane joy flights and more.
Accompanying partners and children are also welcome. They will find an abundance of local attractions to enjoy, and we can arrange transport, meals and entertainment if required. |

Our function venues are available for day and evening functions, any day of the week. Your special occasion is only limited by your imagination - so if you have an idea, let us help you create an event that is truly memorable!
We have a range of catering options available, including cocktail party and finger food options, buffet-style meals, set-choice menus, full a la carte menus, as well as morning and afternoon tea options. If you want something a little different, our Executive Chef would be more than happy to tailor the menu to your taste and budget.
All our meals are prepared in-house and our menus are focussed on fresh, locally sourced produce.
If you have any unusual decoration requirements, we will do everything we can to assist.
